This work contains most of the cases required for a study of the law of succession and is a very good aid for students who do not have access to the law reports. The book contains a summary of the facts of each case, an extract from the case and a note in which the principles expounded in the case are explained. Decisions up to and including the June 1997 edition of the South African Law Reports have been considered for inclusion.
