HC, no dust jacket, 1982 Foundation Press; overall good to almost VG condition. Navy blue cover boards with gold gilt lettering have minor scuff marks and edge creasing/scraping. Name written in red on first blank endpaper. Top of page 399-400 has paperclip indentation. Rare classic publication!
