This law school casebook contains questions and hypotheticals on the complex law of evidence. It includes an essay to familiarize students with common courtroom objections, and reviews the Supreme Court's latest Confrontation Clause case, Lilly v. Virginia, (1999). The work contains an expanded section on scientific evidence, polygraph cases, expert testimony, and field sobriety tests.
