Following chapters outline in-depth oil and gas lease issues, including granting and habendum clauses. The section on covenants covers areas in classification and implied covenants to protect against drainage and to drill. This is followed by an examination of titles and conveyances, contracts, and transfers by the lessee. A chapter on pooling interests precedes an anaylsis of development of lands.
