This is a case and statutory supplement to Owen, Montgomery, and Davis' Products Liability and Safety, Fifth Edition that covers all the major aspects of products liability and safety. For the first time, this supplement contains a comprehensive rather than representative collection of state general reform statutes. As in the past, sample state statutes on particular issues are also included. Also included is the new federal statute protecting gun manufacturers from liability in some circumstances.
