
This is the first cookbook I wrote. It contains recipes that I used while operating Raleigh House Restaurant in the Hill Country of Texas for 34 years. It also contains favorite family recipes dating back to my great-grandmother, recipes from friends and some of my own. Methods and ingredients are sometimes revised for easier preparation.
