A double issue of the ASVO Seminar Proceedings containing the two seminars. The Quality Management in Viticulture seminar was held in Mildura in August 1996. The proceedings (Ed. Richard Hamilton and Peter Hayes) contain 16 papers which cover aspects of quality management from nursery accreditation, rootstocks, vine performance and fruit composition to customer quality issues and international markets.The Emerging and Traditional Mediterranean Red Varietals Seminar was held in Canberra in November 1995. The proceedings (Ed. Peter Leske and Robert Paul) contain nine papers which look at the viticulture, winemaking and marketing of such varieties as Nebbiolo, Sangiovese and Barbera.
