Analyses Commonwealth and state government initiatives to encourage Indigenous participation in tourism; five key findings were: i) that there is poor coordination between programs; ii) the focus is on promoting Indigenous participation rather than providing resources to realise participation; iii) many programs may be difficult to access; iv) programs provide little assistance in 'visioning' and feasibility studies; v) programs provide little ongoing support.
