Catalogue of an exhibition of Aboriginal paintings held at the Art Gallery of South Australia in the summer of 1988-89; this exhibition was a survey of all directions of Aboriginal painting of the second half of the 1980s from the bark paintings of Arnhem Land and the Kimberleys, the dot-paintings on canvas of the Western Desert, through to the paintings produced in the cities and towns.
