Bruce Ross here offers his first collection of haiku since Silence: Collected Haiku (1997)and first collection of Japanese poetry forms since endless small waves... haibun (2008). This new collection spring clouds reflects Bruce's engagement with classic Japanese haiku values expressed in an American English phrasing, a number of the haiku placing in international contests. His introduction discusses these values. A past president of the Haiku Society of America, Bruce edited the influential Haiku Moment, An Anthology of Contemporary North American Haiku and authored How to Haiku, A Writer's Guide to Haiku and Related Forms.
