This edition includes detailed chapters on the taxation of intermediaries and international taxation. While legislation continues unabated in these areas, we now know that there is unlikely to be wholesale scrapping of the current legislation. Still, do not be surprised if during the short life of this book the 1936 Act is finally folded into the 1997 Act.
