Primary audience: Graduate students and researchers Secondary audience: Postgraduates Author's description: Our intention is to help researchers and graduate students who are interested in SEM to understand the basic ideas, theoretical frameworks and methods of SEM, as well as how to implement various SEM models using the well-known computer program Mplus. The book is written in non-mathematical terms, focusing on the methods and application of SEM models. The book can be used by researchers with different skill levels. For many of the models discussed in the book, limited statistical knowledge is required. However, for the advanced models more statistical background and SEM experience are needed. In addition to the broad range of topics about structural equation modelling covered in the first addition of the book, some new models and methods will be integrated into the existing chapters.
