Chiefly a record of some of the descendants of Georg Friedrich Wein. Georg was born in 1796 and died in 1880. He married Regina. She was born in 1800 and died in 1885. They immigrated to Canada in 1869 after their sons who arrived in 1859. Johannes (1827-1904), Gottfried (1834-1916), Mattheus (1837-1912), Johann Friedrich (1841-1924), cousin Ludwig (1843-1911 and Ludwig's sister Carolina Wilhelmina (1849-1914). The families settled in Crediton, Ontario, Canada.
