
This is 90 day comprehensive fitness program comprising of a full strength and conditioning program. 1) The 90 Day training program This will consist of the first (1) Month phase.what I like to call Basic Training This will be the strength training Foundation to get you acclimated to the new program. I’ll be giving you a detailed system to gain incredible strength. This routine will be high volume to start and will help kick in the fat burning. But the strength gains are profound. Week by week you will be leveling up in strength, power. Month (2) you will alternate into what I call (POWERBUILDING) Phase. This phase truly kicks ass! It’s intense,This is where we are going to do less reps but lift heavy shit! And cause hypertrophy. The result is a quick increase in muscle size and fullness. Month (3) the final month is where it all comes together and you should officially be seeing results in strength gain and muscle gain. The great thing about this program is it can be repeated for another 90 days with micro adjustments to get results
