MOTECC-91's 33 chapters maintain the original very broad scope and central philosophy of MOTECC's computational chemistry techniques while expanding beyond MOTECC-90 by adding chapters on relativistic corrections, scattering, neural nets, flame studies and by also stressing semiempirical approaches. MOTECC-91 brings to completion a three-year effort that started with MOTECC-89.
