This Supplement to The Competition Act 1998 contains the full and final texts of all relevant procedural rules, exclusion orders, notification forms and other statutory instruments and rules issued in time for the Act's coming into force on 1 March 2000. It also includes comprehensive updating commentary on developments since publication of the main work, and additional annotations of the Act itself. It completely supersedes the First Supplement.
