Christians experience the ups and downs of life like everyone else. Their faith sees them through. Sometimes, though, they find themselves in the valley of despair and a crisis of faith. Such is the very personal journey the reader takes with the author through his Dark Night of the Soul. Though the story of one Christian soldier's battle with PTSD and depression decades after his military service, it could be the story of anyone who's ever experienced profound loss, inexpressible grief, or the sense of lost hope.
