The objective of this program is to provide participants with the basic concepts, tools, and techniques of process razing. The program introduces a strategy for achieving one-piece flow in manufacturing by restructuring production lines into highly efficient cells. The methodology used to design these cells is called process razing. Detailed and systematic, process razing can be applied within a broad range of manufacturing settings to dramatically increase productivity and reduce costs.
