This poetry collection is a journey of healing and inspiration through the spiritual heart. It offers tools for moving from shadow to light, depression to hope, and judgment to acceptance. it is a guide for the way out and through, and speaks of common human struggles and the power of the heart. It is a story of the beauty of nature, love and Spirit. In this world where the shadows appear so pervasive, even the smallest beam of light will disperse the dark. The Light is always stronger than the shadows. We each hold within us the shadows and light of the world. When we embrace the shadows within, we learn to love all parts of ourselves. We are freed to shine as the beings of Light that we are, and share our Light and healing with the greater world.
