About the Author Trinidad Hunt is an International author, consultant, trainer, and keynote speaker with over thirty years of experience in the area of program development and training. She is also the co-founder of two training and consulting firms. E'lan Enterprises LLC and E'lan Asis-Pacific as well as World Youth Network International, a non-profit organization for youth. As co-founder of E'lan Enterprises LLC, Trinidad was acknowledged in the International Who's Who of Professional and Business Women. As a training developer, Trinidad has written programs for business leaders both nationally and internationally for companies such as Pepsi Cola, Frito Lay, Sprint and The Royal Bank of Canada. As a result of her expertise in business and leadership, Trinidad has been invited to speak in Australia, China, India, Canada, and the Philippines. Trinidad hosted her own radio talk show on the East Coast in the United States. Today, she is often asked to speak on her newest model of Intellectual, Emotional, and Social (IQ, EQ, SQ) balance and how it affects leadership in the twenty-first century.
