Author Description

Roy Herron has worked as a minister, an attorney, a businessman, an author and a state legislator. His family settled in Roy's home county before Davy Crockett. Roy graduated from divinity school, taught ministerial students, and still teaches Sunday School. He wrote Tennessee's laws that protect Bible study and prayer in school, and he strongly believes in education. He is pro-life and for traditional marriage. Roy has held more than 1,000 listening meetings and has missed only one legislative session--the day his youngest son was being born.
