Glasgow Beans pick up where JavaBeans 1.0 left off -- with their data typing and registry functions, they permit users to access and write to the registry. Developers will use the step-by-step tutorials in this package to understand the innovative model that makes Glasgow perk; write robust applications using the new functionality; create their own Beans using JDK 1.2 and other offerings; and integrate CORBA and COM components on the Web.
