Author Description

This volume contains the proceedings of the 10th Australasian Database Conference (ADC99), held 18-21 January 1999, in Auckland, New Zealand. The 18 refereed papers presented at the conference are divided into six topical sessions, and includes the latest research in areas such as data-mining, data warehousing, information retrieval, multidimensional databases, and workflow systems. This book thus summarises some of the most recent research, development and novel applications of databases.
