When Louis Driscoll's grandfather gives his gold-mining claim to Louis' father, the Driscolls invite Alex and her friends on a camping trip in the desert to help pan for gold. But when mysterious accidents start to occur, Alex must determine if a gold-protecting ghost has come back, or if someone is trying to get to the gold first.
