This handbook has been updated to cover new incapacity benefit, new benefits and National Insurance Contribution rate. Chapters on Care in the Community and claiming benefits in the EEA and abroad, have been added, and coverage of child maintenance and the role of the CSA has been expanded. Other features include an overview of the benefit system, and two added appendices showing which benefits are taxable and detailing the Personal Injury Compensation Scheme.
