A guide to growing and using herbs in New Zealand. For each of the twenty-seven herbs described there are notes about cultivation, use in cooking and herbal remedies. There is a section about drying herbs, making herb vinegars, mixing herbs and pot pourri. A chart summarising their various uses is given at the end.
