Introduction to Fire Protection Law is intended to be a basic introduction to the legal considerations that can affect the professional lives of members of the fire servlce, members of fire service-related occupations, and those who aspire to careers in the firs service. Because a more comprehensive treatment of fire protection law is too broad and far reaching to be adequately covered within the limits of this text each chapter has been planned to present a general overview of an area of particular interest to members of the fire service and related fields.
