Tess Graver leaves her job in Charlotte to move to the small town of Loganton, North Carolina, and help her uncle recover from a broken leg. When her house is broken into, she turns to her neighbor, former DEA agent Ethan Rogers, who wants to help her but fears that Tess is hiding dark secrets.
