What happens when a little girl with big plans is afraid to really try? Discover the story of two unlikely best friends, a girl and her fear eating monster. Juna is a little girl who’s wild hopes and are all cut short by her fear of failure and lack of attention. One night the lonely remains of her dreams come to life. Fearful, Juna protects herself by covering the beast with soft sticky mochi bread. She befriends the lonely beast, naming him Momochi. Momochi happily eats all Juna’s fears and failed attempts. The day finally comes when Momo longer fits back in her home because Juna fed him too much junk. She thanks him and hugs him and then a ukulele pops out which he convinces Juna to try and make a game of playing. They go on to sample all her fears until Momo is so light he floats away. Juna is sad until she receives a note and a little mochi from Momo telling her she now know’s how to turn fear into treasure but he would happily be there if she needed. Juna goes on to confidently follow through with one dream at a time.
