Looking Aft is a nostalgic look at life in the 50's aboard a Submarine Tender during the Korean War. Covering the life of the author as he enters the military as a fresh youngster just out of school to maturity as a seasoned seaman including snippets of life aboard ship at sea and in port. Hazards of war and how it affected those not in a combat situation.
