Designed both for student advocates and students enrolled in traditional evidence courses. The book has three basic parts. First is the Federal Rules of Evidence, including the pending amendments. Next is a rule-by-rule commentary, which is designed to serve as a mini-treatise on the federal rules. The third part aims to help students bridge the gap from knowing the law of evidence to knowing how to perform at trial.
