This report covers the Lord Chancellors Department, Northern Ireland Court Service, the Public Record Office and H.M. Land Registry; and summarises the progress made against Public Service Agreement (PSA) performance targets for the period 2001-04, as set out in the 2000 Spending Review. It also reviews the objectives for PSA targets set out in the 2002 Spending Review.
