Itservesasaforumfortheexchangeofideas,resultsandexperience intheareaofe-commerceande-business. VLDB-TES02tookplaceinHongKong,China. Itfeaturedthepresentation of14regularpapers,focusedonmajoraspectsofe-businesssolutions. Inad- tion,theworkshopinvited?veindustrialspeakerstosharetheirvision,insight, andexperiencewiththeaudience. Theworkshopwouldnothavebeenasuccesswithouthelpfrommanyp- ple.
