<p>Environmental Science (ICEES2013), we would like to welcome all of you to Kunming, China</p><br/><p>to participate in ICEES2013. ICEES2013 is sponsored by China Three Gorges University,</p><br/><p>Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University, and Beijing University of</p><br/><p>Science and Technology. We would like to express my sincere appreciation for their supports to</p><br/><p>the conference.</p><br/><p>The ICEES2013 provides a high level international forum to bring together industry</p><br/><p>professionals, academics, and individuals from institutions, industrials and government agencies</p><br/><p>to exchange information, share achievements, and discuss the advancement in the fields of earth</p><br/><p>science, environmental protection and other related areas, and discuss the practical challenges</p><br/><p>encountered and the solution adopted.</p><br/><p>The organizing committee hopes the conference proceedings will provide readers a broad</p><br/><p>overview of the latest advances on Earth Resources, Agriculture, Environmental Science,</p><br/><p>Environmental Protection, and Green Energy.
