
In this booklet, there are many specific physical exercises for reflexology, or acupressure of the energy meridian acupoints. Methods for performing “strategic trauma” with various methods is also explained with supporting images and graphics. Also, exercise which can stretch the fascial trains within the human body. Pain relief and preventative exercises are a benefit to stretching the fascial trains. Also included is information on developing or cultivating one’s inner strength or “Chi”. Additionally, there are various exercises from Qigong (also known as Chi Kung or Gi Gung) breathing exercises. Qigong includes physical exercises as well as meditation to control many bodily functions and increase one’s internal energy or life force. Many of these exercises have long been known to help with many aches, pains and other ailments, amongst their many other benefits. Included are explanations and graphics explaining exactly what “qi” or “chi” is and why it is important. Theories, concepts and other relative information is also presented in straightforward explanations. My goals in organizing this knowledge were first, to help people benefit from the tremendous amount of knowledge. Second, is the preservation of this information for future generations to come.
