Essential RE: Living explores the question: how should we live? It explores religious and non-religious values and responses to this question, reflecting on Jewish, Muslim and Humanist codes for living, and considering what the world looks like from the perspective of religious believers. The value of marriage and the principle of sanctity of life are examined from Christian and non-religious perspectives. Creative activities and focused classroom resources are provided, to deepen students' knowledge and understanding as well as to encourage them to respond to the question for themselves.
