<p>The Outside is said to be a place entirely populated with mutants, vampires, and the worst of humanity that the Crash of civilization could create. The Walls were meant to keep the monsters out, not lock them inside. <p>When six strangers are found brutally murdered, among them a city leader, burned-out reporter Graeme Colter and determined executive assistant Amanda Fisher find themselves entangled in the web of dangerous secrets surrounding the victims.
