
About the Author Nicholas De Marco (Call 2001) is a practising barrister at Blackstone Chambers, London, specialising in employment and discrimination law. His cases have involved; unfair and wrongful dismissal; sex and race discrimination, disability discrimination, sexual orientation and religion/beliefdiscrimination, confidentiality, restrictive covenants, and whistle-blowing. He is the author of Blackstone's Guide to the Employment Equality Regulations 2003 and also author of the chapter on Article 14 of the ECHR in Lester and Pannick's Human Rights Law and Practice 2nd ed (2004).
