
Betty June was born July 17, 1933 in the small farming community of Pavo, Georgia. She lived through the post-depression years, World War II, the Kennedy years, the Vietnam War, 9/11 and the Covid pandemic. She lived a full life of work, raising her family and as a child, picked cotton, along with her divorced mother and her siblings, to help feed the family. She was a remarkable woman, sister, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother having lived through nine decades of life. She braved abuse and poverty, and rose to become a successful real estate broker, as well as an amazing matriarch of her family.. Her legacy was love for her family.
