What would you do, if you woke in a pit of dirt as nothing more than a skeleton? In The Company of Souls, this is the first in a long line of questions which Aidan Lawrence has to face. Forced to learn his name from his own headstone, Aidan finds it easy to accept the suspiciously prompt assistance of a red-haired man in a bright blue coat who offers to rescue him from his vulnerable position. He leads Aidan to a theatre with a past and initiates him into an ensemble of the most talented men and women of the world, all of whom have one thing in common: they are dead.
