He has worked in CID and Plain Clothes vice operationally and is currently the Detective Sergeant Team Leader with responsibility for the force with regards to the ICIDP and IMSC courses at theDetective Training School. He was responsible for the force implementation of the ICIDP. He is a qualified police trainer and training development officer at the Detective Training School.
