This new text provides a practical approach to project management delivering a combination of proven project management techniques and theories with a set of real-world transferable skills. Emphasis is placed on learning and practising hands-on tactics and skills as opposed to sophisticated academic knowledge. The text is structured into twelve chapters, each containing a blend of text, charts, diagrams, tables and worked examples.
