This cute little tutu is double layered and filled with Rose Petals. The waistband is embellished with satin ribbon and the center has a matching Ice Rose attached. Perfect for dress up and Halloween. This tutu is ultra sheer - For a fuller, less see through look, I recommend adding a basic ballet tutu underneath. This will also add a lot of fullness, as the basic tutu is very full.
