Companion to college English, second edition, is intended as a supplementary text for freshman English courses in Christian schools. It can also provide a Christian perspective fro a Christian student enrolled in a secular English program, or for a pastor or layman drawn into a writing ministry without formal preparation. It includes sample writing by students who began with self-doubts but succeeded through patient effort.
