The book is a concise collection of eleven Medicine Wheels and corresponding teachings. The Medicine Wheel is physical representation based on the principles that life is a circle and there are four directions represent the order of the natural world. The Medicine Wheel provides insight into what is going on within and around us. It is also a circle of protection which enables us to be the observer of our environment, our internal workings and gather surrounding spirit energies into a focal point for personal growth.
