The edited volume <i>Transitions and Transformations in Academic Libraries and Higher Education: Contemplations and Savoir faire during COVID-19</i> contains papers written by academicians and library and information science (LIS) professionals on various issues related to global higher education system and human relation based, as well as computer and Internet mediated services offered in academic libraries during the current pandemic conditions. The concepts such as Embedded Librarianship; Recent Trends in Higher Education; MOOCs, E-Learning, and Distance Education have been elucidated in this volume.
