There are many recent advances such as CBCT, TACT, MCT, OCT, SCT, US, MRI, LASERS, APEX LOCATORS, ENDOMOTORS, ENDOSCOPES, DENTAL OPERATING MICROSCOPES e.t.c., which were introduced has helped the clinicians to cross many hurdles.<br></p>
