In 2015, Jared Padalecki (Sam Winchester on The CW's long running show Supernatural) started the Always Keep Fighting campaign. The talented actor courageously revealed his own struggles with anxiety and depression. In a year's time, Always Keep Fighting became a community rooted in compassion helping countless people across the globe realize that they weren't alone in dealing with anxiety and depression.
