Here is a compendium of the thoughts of most of the major figures in the field of environment and design. They suggest ways to structure education programs and select areas that should be research priorities. This survey of environment studies, behavior and design is based upon a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts to the Environmental Design Research Association.
