Level 1 of a three-level series. Book 1 is intended for students who already possess pre-reading skills. These students should also understand the concept of print as a written representation of speech, be capable of discriminating between like and unlike words, and have practiced the left-to-right, top-to bottom eye movement necessary for reading in English.
